 LAN CENTER AZAFATAS IN THE FAMILY DAY 2011 EVENT
 Last 5th June, EADS Airbus Corporation celebrated the Family Day 2011 event in their industrial aeronautical facilities of Getafe and Illescas.
The event was really spectacular. The public (about 5.000), could enjoy not only the visit to a few magnificent facilities (hangars included), they also could enjoy and to get excited with the air exhibition offered by the FIO planes, A330 and A310 planes, A400M plane, Super Puma Helicopter, vertical takeoff Harrier planes, and the acrobatics by the Spanish championship Ramón Alonso.
The 50.000 could also take photos, and to be photographed, together with the impressive Beluga and to the famous European combat plane Eurofighter
Apart from living and enjoying live an activity as exciting as the aeronautics, diverse playful activities were prepared for the pleasure and enjoyment of all the public, elder and young.

Barcelona-NEW RECORD ATTENDANCE AT MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS 2011
 With more than 60,000 attendees closed the sixth edition of this international exhibition of mobile telephony, more than the organization expected.
In this edition, we opened a new space for Planet app applications with great success as it was visited by 45,000 people.
The Mobile World Congress, represents the mobile telecommunications industry worldwide with the presence of 219 countries and 800 mobile operators. This congress is the most important of its sector done in Europe.
The organization has announced that the next 2012 edition will be held again in Barcelona, but we are not longer sure where they will go from 2013 to 2017, as we will have to compete with five cities: Amsterdam, Cologne, Milan, Munich and Paris.
Both foreign and domestic exhibitors, have again placed confidence in the hostesses with languages HOSTESS CENTER LAN, to meet visitors to their stands.

FITUR 2010 - International Tourism Fair
 Hostesses CENTER LAN has become to be present in FITUR, which this year has advanced the dates and was held from 20 to 24 January 2010. The XXX edition of this international exhibition has recounted the professionalism of our hostess, an issue in which more than 11,000 companies from 170 countries. Has had an influx around 211,000 visitors, of which 124,644 and 87,074 have been professional, general public, who have been enjoying the offers, shows, presentations and tastings offered by different companies on five continents, cider and cheese Cabrales from Asturias, apple tea and Turkish coffee, of course, Turkey, dolma (grape leaves stuffed with rice) and falafel (of several ingredients, the most typical of chickpeas) in Syria to pull classes Guinness in Ireland as some examples.
7,352 journalists have also come from 56 nationalities, which speaks of the importance of this fair.
Most visitors were interested in proposals related to hotels, travel agencies, wholesalers and tour operators, which largely passed through the booth Trapsa, who kindly attended one year our hosts, as always in both Spanish in English.

EXPODENTAL 2010
The International Exhibition of Equipment, Products and Services Dental Expodental, hosted during its 11th edition, held between 11 and 13 March 2010 at Feria de Madrid, nearly 40,000 visitors from 55 countries, 4% more than in the last edition. VETECO 2010
Veteco, International Window, Curtain Walls and Structural Glass Trade Show, held from 4 to May 7, 2010 at Feria de Madrid, has closed its doors with a positive assessment of results, which confirms that it maintains its position as a of the most attractive international benchmarks in the field of construction. The market has backed the restoration and rehabilitation of buildings and for innovation and research, looking for new business areas in order to cope with the slowdown in construction.

Expofranquicia 2010 closed with 12,261 visits, 17% more than last year. The event was held from 22 to 24 April 2010 with 225 companies, most of the services sector, which promoted this model trading partner that offers "more guarantees" that other businesses in times of crisis. Highlight the areas of aesthetics, gymnastics, fashion, kidswear, shoes and restaurants, especially Italian restaurants.

TECMA 2010
Over 7,000 professionals visited Tecma, the International Exhibition of Urban Planning and Environment and the Hall of Recycling and Recovery held in Ifema between 8 and June 11, 2010. The event, which brought together 379 companies, was visited by up to 28 countries around the world.
Scoop all of them presented in the latest in furniture design for cities and green spaces, developments in the cities cleaner and innovative solutions for the recovery and recycling of tires, old cars, televisions, household batteries or oil.
The company Girona Masías Vitoria Equipment Recycling and ELV put in the hands of LAN management CENTER Hostesses customer of their respective stands, and our hostess fell short of what is expected of them at a fair as current as is Tecma. |

 In the Jarama Circuit has been celebrated the FIA GT3 Championship. This competition is one of the most interesting for sport cars lovers. In this category GT3 vehicles have already evolved considerably, so that there are not nearly standard, such as GT4, nor resemble street patterns, such as GT2 and GT1. We are in a category in which competing the spectacular versions of competition of the Ferrari F430, Lamborghini Gallardo or Corvette Z06 and others.

LAN CENTER AZAFATAS IN MONTMELÓ WITH OUR HOSTESS TEAM
 Fiat Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo has achieved this Sunday, July 4th, his first victory at the Catalunya circuit, his third consecutive victory in the MotoGP World Championship.
Jorge imposes himself for the first time in the Barcelona circuit and adds his third consecutive victory in the championship at the Grand Prix of Catalunya Aperol. Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner completed the podium in Catalunya.
Lorenzo has now 165 points, Pedrosa is second with 113 and Dovizioso is still third with 91.

EUROPEAN SOCIETY OF CARDIOLOGY CONGRESS
 In dates from August 29 to September 02, 2009 Barcelona has become the world capital of Cardiology, during the Congress of the European Society of Cardiology.
In this event there have been met around about 32.000 specialists (Doctors, Scientists, Nursing personnel, Technical personnel…) of a whole of 140 countries, to share the last researches: METHODS AND ADVANCES IN CARDIOVASCULAR MATTER.
15 great studies and 30 updates of reports have been presented, and more than 4.000 investigators' communications have come to light.
One of the most out-standing innovations has been the so called Pocket Ultrasound Scanner: the size of a mobile telephone and of only 350 grams of weight, it allows to see the heart in real time and can be in use in the hospital emergencies and even at home.
Other studies have showed technological advances that reduce the load of radiation in some diagnostic tests as the ACT (Axial Computerized Tomography).
The congress has also served to present two pharmacological advances that really promise to be relevant. On the one hand, an ANTIAGGREGATOR (Ticegrelor), which could significantly reduce mortality in patients who have suffered heart attacks. On the other one, an ANTICOAGULANT which will contribute major comfort to the patients regarding controls (it improves the Sintrom).

MADRIDVISION’S Buses
In the next December, the company of tourist buses of Madrid (MADRID VISION), will begin the special service of Christmas buses.
It is a independent service from the official service of tourist buses, as it is organized once a year.
In the Christmas 2008 / 2009, the service will begin on the 06th December, 2008 and will finish on the 06th January, 2009. The buses that will perform this service will work from 18:00h to 22:00h.
The tour will be adjusted to the principal streets of Madrid with CHRISTMAS LIGHTING, beginning in the C/ Goya, close to the Discovery Gardens (Plaza of Colon). The price of this service will be of 1 €.
As in previous Christmas, the company MADRID VISION has relied on the staff of LAN CENTER AZAFATAS, which will be in charge of the Attention to the Client of the thousands of passengers who will use this exclusive service. |

With spring, we have begun the new season in the Tourist Buses of MADRIDVISION. These original discovered ceiling buses that make tourist routes by the most emblematic zones in Madrid, being part of the urban landscape.
Within these days, the number of buses and time-table is increased; our stewardesses will have to cover the service from 10:00am until 09:00pm, without interruption.
This service, that now a days is a classic view in Madrid’s streets, has consolidated its trajectory and every time are more the foreign tourists and of other parts of the nation, that want to visit the city with a different point of view, at four meters high.
We undertake this challenge with renewed energy. LAN CENTER AZAFATAS’ workers will give the adequate attention that all and every one of MADRIDVISION’s passengers precise. Our objective is those tourists take away to their home an unforgettable souvenir of these buses without ceiling of Madrid. |

Madrid Tourism has organized an E-Learning with the Catalan tourism sector in the Café de la Princesa in Barcelona. It is a day approach in which the Catalan tourism professionals have the opportunity to hear more about the wide range of cultural, culinary and tourist ultimately, offered by the Community of Madrid. This meeting will be held at the famous Café de la Princesa in Barcelona, since last December 3, Madrid hosts the show, Untold Region by Fernando Manso. The art exhibition is a showcase of the rich landscape of the Community of Madrid for all customers of this legendary venue. The images are part of the series of one hundred ten photographs that made the book Manso Madrid, photographic and artistic vision. It is an artistic reflection of some of the most iconic spaces and landscapes of the Community of Madrid.
